It interchanges with the pan that has the sensor; you just won’t have the light come on if you forget to check the oil & it gets ~2 quarts low. PART DESCRIPTION Replacement engine oil pan or ‘oil sump’, if you prefer. An additional $29.25 gets you an installation kit, comprised of everything seen on this page; sealant with applicator & a complete set of replacement o-rings including the ones from the oil cooler to the pan.
