BMW M2 G87 Slip-On Line Titanium Exhaust System by Akrapovic
Description
The Akrapovi Slip-On Line (Titanium) is a full titanium performance exhaust system engineered for the BMW M2 Coup (G87), cutting 7.3 kg (32.7%) from the stock exhaust while adding 3.9 kW (5.3 hp) and 13.5 Nm on the dyno. Dual valves and acoustic reflectors, paired with the Akrapovi control kit, deliver a smooth, rich tone at a cruise and a deep, sporty character when driven hard. No ECU remapping is needed, and the system carries ECE type approval for OPF-equipped M2 Coups (also fits the M2 CS, though type approval does not extend to that model).
Why This Listing Includes the Tailpipes
Akrapovi sells the Slip-On Line system and its tailpipes as two separate part numbers but the system cannot be fitted, or sound like an Akrapovi exhaust, without a tailpipe finish attached; Akrapovi’s own documentation lists the tailpipe choice as a mandatory accompanying part. Buying them as two separate listings means paying two lots of shipping and matching up the right combination yourself. We bundle the mandatory tailpipe choice directly into this listing so you order the complete, ready-to-fit system in one purchase which is also why our price reflects the full system rather than just the base unit.
Choose your tailpipe finish below: the ground-breaking Octagonal design (as first seen on the M3/M4), the more traditional Round (Cylindrical) design, or the newer Chopped Carbon finish.
Want more? Add the optional Evolution Link Pipe (Titanium) for closed-circuit use. Note: fitting the link pipe requires ECU remapping and voids ECE type approval track use only.
